- Sean Brotherton (Cuba; HIV; biomedicine)
- Kate Dudley (USA; poverty; South)
- Karen Nakamura (Japan; disability; identity)
In addition, Prof. Marcia Inhorn does work on gender, health, and reproductive technologies.
