Velvet Sun Bar, Ogikubo Tokyo, Japan

I just bought the 16-35mm f/2.8 L lens for my EOS 10D. Walking around my neighborhood, I came across a bar called the Velvet Sun. The 16-35 was perfect for this photo as I was limited in how much further I could step back.

The 16-35mm has excellent corner sharpness and contrast. However, as you can tell from the top of the photo, there is visible barrel distortion. This is in a way inevitable with such a wide-angle lens.
