Iraqi-Turkish Protest (continued)

I think the color photographs from the protest work better than the black and white ones because of the colorful flags that were flying.

Can you imagine a protest in the USA where people were openly flying the Turkish and Iraqi flags, furling banners and chanting in Arabic? How quickly would the post-911 police shut down such a protest?
